\r\nThe grid is built as a 12 column layout using utility classes to set the width and breakpoints to the columns. Each row should equal 12 columns to span full width. Please note that layout found in the admin under the design tab for each CMS page should be set to 1-column and the theme should be set to Blue Acorn - Site. The page layout is not the same as creating the layout of the content.

Once we receive your art file (see ways to submit below) we will send a proof for your approval, prior to printing your order. Proofs have a first time fee of $22 and are $16 for any additional proofs needed.

We currently support the following file extensions from both Mac and PC software programs (our preferred is listed first):
\n.jpg, .bmp, .doc and .psd are great for emailing or websites, but for paper printing, they are not acceptable.
\nIf your artwork is in one of these file formats, please make sure it is high resolution (at least 1200 dpi) and in black and white format. We may have to make changes to the artwork, and because fonts can differ from program to program, please email us a clear copy of the artwork with your order.
\nMulti-color artwork needs to be in an .eps vector file format [CMYK spot], as does black and white artwork that was created or developed using Adobe Illustrator. Color artwork that’s a .pdf or .tif file and requires us to do a color separation, may incur a fee. There will be no additional fee for printing in Crane standard ink colors. If you require a PMS match, there is a flat fee of $80 per color for thermography & flat print processes or $150 for letterpress and engraving processes, and please use the “U” version.
Please note that when we evaluate customer supplied artwork, a charge of $100 will be applied if your artwork must be re-submitted. If your artwork is high-resolution and found usable, then the evaluation charge is waived.
If you created your artwork in Quark, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Corel PhotoPaint or as a .pdf, please include the font or fonts.

We think every day about all of our partners, as COVID-19 continues to touch every facet of our lives. We hope you and your families are all staying safe and healthy during these difficult times.
\r\n \r\nMassachusetts’ Governor Charlie Baker has extended the “stay at home” advisory affecting all nonessential businesses until May 4th. As such, our facilities will now remain closed through that date.
\r\n \r\nAs previously communicated, during this time orders will continue to be received, however proofing and production are now anticipated to resume on Monday, May 4th. We will also be postponing our annual promotion, Perfectly Personalized, and look forward to announcing those dates in the fall.
\r\n\r\nWe will continue to respond to Customer Service inquiries received via email, however please understand that response times will be delayed. Please continue to send any order adjustments or cancellations to Customer Service via email.

Once we receive your art file (see ways to submit below) we will send a proof for your approval, prior to printing your order. Proofs have a first time fee of $22 and are $16 for any additional proofs needed.
Please also be aware that pricing of your final order may vary from pricing you see online, depending on how closely the finished product resembles what you select to start with online. All changes in price will be quoted and sent for your approval prior to your item being produced.

We currently support the following file extensions from both Mac and PC software programs (our preferred is listed first):
\n.jpg, .bmp, .doc and .psd are great for emailing or websites, but for paper printing, they are not acceptable.
\nIf your artwork is in one of these file formats, please make sure it is high resolution (at least 1200 dpi) and in black and white format. We may have to make changes to the artwork, and because fonts can differ from program to program, please email us a clear copy of the artwork with your order.
\nMulti-color artwork needs to be in an .eps vector file format [CMYK spot], as does black and white artwork that was created or developed using Adobe Illustrator. Color artwork that’s a .pdf or .tif file and requires us to do a color separation, may incur a fee. There will be no additional fee for printing in Crane standard ink colors. If you require a PMS match, there is a flat fee of $80 per color for thermography & flat print processes or $150 for letterpress and engraving processes, and please use the “U” version.
Please note that when we evaluate customer supplied artwork, a charge of $100 will be applied if your artwork must be re-submitted. If your artwork is high-resolution and found usable, then the evaluation charge is waived.

We think every day about all of our partners, as COVID-19 continues to touch every facet of our lives. We hope you and your families are all staying safe and healthy during these difficult times.
\r\n \r\nMassachusetts’ Governor Charlie Baker has extended the “stay at home” advisory affecting all nonessential businesses until May 4th. As such, our facilities will now remain closed through that date.
\r\n \r\nAs previously communicated, during this time orders will continue to be received, however proofing and production are now anticipated to resume on Monday, May 4th. We will also be postponing our annual promotion, Perfectly Personalized, and look forward to announcing those dates in the fall.
